This is a fun and whimsical vintage 2000 ceramic "Kissy Fish trio" art piece by Heather Goldminc.
The vibrant hand-painted colors and the cheeky expressions of the fish bring the whimsy to life.
The ceramic glaze is in really good shape, but there is some minor age related crazing on the back.
