American dynamics video equipment model a D1608/24R
This is from an estate auction and I do not know exactly what it was used for, but I think it is for video equipment. Cant find another one like it. It has a and B channel on the front it powers on when plugged in . if any of the levers are switched up to where the lights come on then an alarm also sounds. Switch number one is missing the lightbulb and needs to be replaced. Other than that this is untested further. You might be looking for one of these and know exactly what is used for. Item is sold as is. Good luck. No other cords sold with the unit. Metal part to attach to rack is bent a little on one side.
