A very unique Vintage Bisque Doll Head with the 3 Faces of Eve Smile - Sleep - Cry.  The head maybe Hand Painted.
Features:
3 Faces on one head
May be hand painted
Approximately 4-3/4" Tall; 3-1/2" wide at the widest point
No damage or fading, just normal wear and aging (see photos)
