    This blotter advertises Chauncey Olcott Cigars. Chauncey Olcott was a popular Irish-American actor, singer and songwriter of the 1880s thru1920s. He wrote all the Irish songs I know - When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, Mother Machree, Too-Ra-Loo-Ra-Loo-Ral, My Wild Irish Rose... In a 1947
    movie about his life, "My Wild Irish Rose",  Olcott was played by
    Dennis Morgan.
