Emmett Kelly Hobo Willy bisque head to be painted.
Could be a great foundation for a OOAK creepy clown.
As shown in photos there is no damage or defect.
This was in my mother's things so I don't really know the history or maker.  I'll be happy to try and answer any questions you may have.
I have promised my daughters not to leave them with a massive amount of things to sort through when I'm gone - and that's a lot of things.  They have taken all the things they want and now I'm  having a full-on Online Estate Sale with what they don't want.
The estate I'm selling is my own.
