Vintage Harness Buckle

Description

I obtained all these items through family. Unless otherwise stated they are all in a used condition which could include minor scratches, dings, bumps and rust.
No marking on the buckle
Vintage surface rust patina buckle.  I think it is for to hang light tug chains on  ( that's just my guess)
width opening for leather is 1"  thickness of leather 1/8" to 3/16"
Actual WT. 2.5 oz.
