    A little about how I came to like old things:
    I remember as a kid being dragged into my great uncle George Gooseman's clock museum in Colorado Springs under the watchful eye of the grand Pike's Peak Mountain. His building was just off 24 Highway in an out of place blue and white striped metal building. It was close to the flourishing, but now gone, Van Briggle's pottery shop and the "Ghost town" tourist spot. Upon entering the doors, the strange blending aroma of older wood and mechanical parts greeted the nostrils in the same manner as the methodical ticking greeted the ears. As one would walk down the hallway to the main open room, the heartbeat of the building grew more intense. Upon turning the last corner of the walkway to finally meet the source of the sound, the sight was incredible with motion and movement as hundreds of clocks were still telling their story of an era quickly passing in time.... It was that love of the creativity and ingenuity of our American inventors and their products that got me started in collecting and sharing antiques, vintage watches, and marvelous clocks. We are now hoping to share that excitement with you, as you would not be looking at this page unless you had some of those same interests. We are not Clocksmiths or Watchsmiths by trade, so we don't do any repairs or shopwork for people, but we hope that we can unite you with that special item you have been looking for or find that part you have been hunting. We list everything we have at the time and do not have "extra" parts in storage. So check back often if you are looking for something because we are adding additional items to our store almost every week………John
    Definitions of Various Terms if Used in this listing;
    NOS is an abbreviation for New Old Stock, a term which means that it was unused and unsold new inventory items from usually a vintage era.
    GF is an abbreviation for Gold Filled, a term which means
    that particular parts was composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass. High quality gold-filled pieces have the same appearance as 14 Karat gold. In the USA, the quality of gold filled is defined by the Federal Trade Commission. This term does not mean that the center of the part is filled with gold.

    Thank you for your interest in our listings and auctions. We prefer all payments by Paypal. We just ask that you please pay for your item/s within 72 hours after the end of the auction. This also includes all "Local Pick-up Only" and "store" purchases.
    We are always interested in purchasing larger clock or watchmaker estates at a better price than you can get by selling at a garage sale or auction. This also includes parts, tools, watchbands pieces, and  movements. We buy larger lots of other collectibles including high quality cameras, military items, stanley planes, and quality liquidation items.

    Thanks for looking at this week's  listed items. We are always adding more vintage clocks, watches and related items every week as we find them. Everything we have is listed, so we do not have "other" parts in storage. If you like what you see, please put us in your "Saved Sellers" list and check back with us often. All watches and clocks and store items are checked at the time of listing to create an accurate listing and then rechecked just before shipping to confirm that there have been no changes. The post office can be unkind to vintage timepieces, or almost anything, during shipment if not packaged extremely well. Because of this, we package items better than necessary to insure a positive experience for all of us. The condition of our items sent are all documented with photos prior to shipment for insurance purposes. All international shipments must be registered and insured and all customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
