Description
These vintage rein/equipment holders are left over from supplies I had to create my own show, horse apparel tack. I made my own bridles, girths and saddle pads, breast plates, etc. They've never been used and stored away in a box. They are over 25 years old and in good workable order. Some signs of tarnish or scratches may be expected because of their age. Some cleanup might be required. These items are a plastic.I'm not sure what these are officially called. But their purpose is to hold extra leather or nylon components of reins, bridles and halters in place so they don't flap around and slap the horse by accident. Since most halters and bridles, or roping reins have different sizes for different horses there can be extra materials that are hanging lose. You tuck the extra under and out of the way. It helps it look better too, as well as adding extra safety that the equipment's hardware will not come undone by accident.
