    Vintage Porcelain Bisque Mini half doll - blue & white porcelain w dress 2-1/2", this doll may be hand made, not sure. I 've never really seen another doll quite like it. She is tiny, and appears to be a dutch girl . I can tell the porcelain is only the torso, the rest is cloth. There are no maker's marks that I can find.
