Vintage Porcelain Face Sand Filled Body Baby Doll 19 Inch

Description

Baby doll in very good condition with no damage. I believe it is sand filled, heavy body with jointed legs and porcelain face and hands. Appears to date to the 1940's. Not positive as there are no markings I can find, however this is how they were made. Infant outfit, vintage Brayan Lafyette style included. Not original to doll
